Oduro’s brace helps fire to 3-1 win
NEW ORLEANS--- Two first-half goals from Dominic Oduro and a third from Orr Barouch propelled the Chicago Fire over Real C.D. España 3-1 in a preseason international friendly at Tad Gormley Stadium Saturday evening. In the first three preseason matches, Oduro has recorded three goals in 105 minutes of play.

Fire seals deal for Conde with Red Bulls
BRIDGEVIEW, IL – Wilman Conde will be back in Major League Soccer in 2012, only it won’t be with the Chicago Fire. The team has traded the defender’s rights to the New York Red Bulls, with whom he has already agreed to contract terms with. He will be added to New York’s roster pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate.

MARIA, Fla.- – The Chciago Fire's pre-season schedule got off pretty much where last season left off--with a draw. The Fire lpayed DC United to a 0-0 tie at Florida Gulf Coast University Sunday afternoon. Fire head coach Frank Klopas used the first preseason match to evaluate talent, playing 33 of the 36 players on the club’s preseason roster.
